Our Return Policy

After the delivery of product, if there are second thoughts or confusion with the purchase and you no longer want to keep it, please make sure that items are returned in original packaging along with original receipt within 14 days (after the receipt is made) and appropriate conditions; unworn, undamaged so that those can be still saleable.*

*Note: the dresses that are delivered with customized stitching on the request of customer are not returnable or refundable.

After the request for returning the products is made, we will offer an exchange or refund excluding the postage costs. For this process, 14 days are required from your time when the request is made and we hope you would cooperate along.

For us to take responsibility of the items, it is requested to return the products with the tags/labels/barcode, etc. all intact. We will take the products that reach us under consideration therefore to avoid any delivery unfortunates, it is recommended that recorded/trackable delivery must be posted.

Customers who want to further the product return process must email us at info@angooricouture.co.uk along with following details;

  • Full Name,
  • Email Address,
  • Date of order,
  • Scanned copy of receipt,
  • Product Description (Item code, size, category)

Products like jewels, shoes and lingerie if worn cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Customers wanting to return the unwanted items are liable for the cost of postage to the mentioned return address. Unfortunately, it is not offered for free by Angoori Couture.

It is to remind again that we take responsibility of the items that are sent via recorded delivery and received at our end. We would not be liable for items not reaching us.

We care for our customers and devote ourselves in providing with the desired product in all good condition therefore, orders are thoroughly inspected before dispatching. Even after that if unfortunately, you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect product please contact us on the given number or email us at info@angooricouture.co.uk and inform us. Also return the product(s) to the return address in unworn, undamaged condition, all tags intact and packed in its original packing. Remember, products can be claimed to return within 14 days of original receipt made.

Items once received after returning from customer will be thoroughly checked. And if the product(s) found faulty then we will offer you the product(s) similar to what you ordered or refund the price of the product and return postage charges. After claiming for refund, it is requested to please give 14 days’ approximately to get the request processed.

After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.

If your card has expired or has been declined, we will arrange for another method of payment.

 

Once the returned order is processed by our warehouse team, an email will be sent to you to confirm and later be followed with a call.

If within 14 days of your return you do not receive any email or call, please contact our Customer Care Services and inform them, we will look into this for you immediately.
