EXCHANGE POLICY
Items that are sent by customers for returns, those will be examined thoroughly in order to process the request (as stated in returns policy). However, if the customer wants to exchange current product with another product that can be done if the product desired in exchange is of the same category and same price.
Item(s) purchased from sales can be exchanged with other item(s) of sale in the same price within 14 days of the initial purchase. Item(s) purchased from clearance cannot be exchanged or returned because those items would no longer be resaleable. Item(s) must be returned in unworn condition, with intact labels and barcodes, original packaging and undamaged (view return policy for further details)
You can email us at info@angooricouture.co.uk to request for exchange against an item.
The item(s) desired for an exchange shall be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase and via recorded delivery services. We are not liable for item(s) not reaching us. Please allow 5 days after the request is made for our team to correspond with you. When your item(s) will be received at our warehouse, the team will correspond you regarding the next item to be sent.

Customers wanting to return/exchange the unwanted items are liable for the cost of postage to the mentioned return address. Unfortunately, it is not offered for free by Angoori Couture.
It is to remind again that we take responsibility of the items that are sent via recorded delivery and received at our end. We would not be liable for items not reaching us.
